This professional witness report writing eLearning module is aimed towards Paediatric Trainees ST6-8, SAS doctors and Consultant Paediatricians. There is one module, which should take you about 30 minutes to complete.

Learning objectives: 

• The ability and confidence to write effective reports for professional witness purposes
• Better understand the role of the report when you are acting as a professional witness
• An awareness of how to structure your report, and important elements to include and pitfalls to avoid
• A firmer understanding of the necessary language required when writing a professional witness report
• Further knowledge concerning the RCPCH’s policies and publications in regards to report writing
