Welcome to this e-learning module is intended to support you to identify the key features of emotional abuse and emotional neglect, and how these should be managed using a multi-agency approach.
Learning outcomes
By the end of this eLearning, you will be able to:
- Identify the common features in cases of emotional abuse and emotional neglect
- Assess the different factors that can contribute to emotional abuse and emotional neglect and describe its impact on the child
- Outline the principles for managing emotional abuse and emotional neglect in a multi-agency approach including key actions to take
